Whiteboard:

Description Jonathan Avila 2014-06-04 18:46:06 UTC

The nightly build http://www.w3.org/html/wg/drafts/html/master/dom.html#wai-aria indicates in the default implied semantics table that the ARIA radio role can't be used with the anchor element. Checkbox and menuitemradio as well as menuitemcheckbox are included so I believe this was an accidental omission.

Comment 1 steve faulkner 2014-06-04 18:57:55 UTC

have moved to html spec as that is where the mappings are defined

Comment 2 Jonathan Avila 2014-06-04 19:01:50 UTC

Role of option also seems like a good candidate for mapping to the anchor element.
