Text:

"Sign-language tracks can be provided, again either embedded in the video stream. "

The previous sentence says:

"Captions can be provided, either embedded in the video stream or as external files using the track element."

It looks like this should either say that sign language tracks can be included via track element or that the "again either" text should be removed.
