[css-text] For most languages, hyphens:auto should not hyphenate Capitalized words #707

This is a tracker issue. Only discuss things here if they are i18n WG internal meta-discussions about the issue. Contribute to the actual discussion at the following link:

§ w3c/csswg-drafts#3927

Whether to add a note to suggest not hyphenate capitalized words in places where hyphens:auto is specified.

CSS issue closed. A note was added to the spec: w3c/csswg-drafts@87b2749
