Workplan:

  • Gather examples
  • Request SysTeam to set up specific Join e-mails per group [Shawn]
  • Write template & get feedback
  • Ask Groups to create theirs
  • Ask System to set up each.

It just needs a PR for the group template to https://github.com/w3c/onboarding

@caribouW3 apparently the group template is all set (the PR was merged since then). Do you concur? If so, we can close this issue here.
