Proof Point Discrepancies between Specification and Template #172
Comments
We will also address # 79 Employees/Talent Acquisition: Candidates are offered accommodations for their interviews. Disability Employee Resource Group(s) provide social and professional support to employees with disabilities. This is confusing since all of the proof points in the support dimension are about supporting employees with disabilities and supporting customers with disabilities. and are not related to talent acquisition at all, which are covered instead in the Personnel dimension. |
I wonder for 79 how this might apply to promotions or new position for existing employees where it may lie between both employees and talent acquisition. |
@clapierre Is this issue still present? Or did we resolve it with the June update? |
@Helixopp we haven't synced up the model with the excel spreadsheet. |
We are aware that the document and spreadsheet proof points are not sync'd due to many changes in the document. We will visit ant resolve this after our upcoming version is released (around the 2024 TPAC meeting) In the mean time, we should keep this issue open. |
