What kind of document will this be? Best Practice or guideline

What is the process for obtaining public comments?

  • Homepage news item/blog.
  • Communications team will also want to promote.

How will people provide feedback/comments?

  • Github issues or a specific mailing list.
  • In Github, use of a default issue for general comments.
