Is supportedTypes useful with SRC? #6

We dropped supportedTypes from Basic Card due to implementation challenges. Does the SRC ecosystem make it easier for payment handlers to know definitively the type of a card (credit, debit, prepaid)? If so, should we add this parameter to the SRC payment method?

Based on discussion on 29 May [1], we concluded that the SRC specification and programs do not improve materially on the status quo. Therefore, we are closing this issue with an expectation to not include supportedTypes in an SRC payment method.
