Need Echidna publication token for pointerlock #9

Pointerlock is currently not being auto published as it's missing a publication token. However, I don't have privilege to generate one. To get one, I need someone from the team too get me a token via:
https://www.w3.org/Web/publications/register

The group decision we have been using is:
https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-webapps/2014JulSep/0627.html

I'll set up the .travis yml file ... then you can just add the token in as an encrypted Travis variable via the travis settings.

The variable is just $TOKEN.
