Note: I tried to align the footer as much as I can with w3.org.
The only thing I did keep was the link to Privacy and Terms.

Can you advice whether that fits the needs? Thanks!

I think it might be easier to retain exactly the same copyright statement as the rest of the W3C site. I added "target="_blank" in case it matters to you since I found it elsewhere in the document.

Hi @danielpeintner I edited in place to use the same copyright statement as w3.org where we've made the change.

* let Jekyll create the year
* remove <p> to get slimmer footer
* remove unnecessary line break
