Design principals has a mention of it, but since this comes up during privacy reviews, we should explicitly mention it here too https://w3ctag.github.io/design-principles/#do-not-expose-use-of-assistive-tech

@hober wondering if you have any thoughts on i. if you agree this would be good to add to the questionare, and ii. if you think it makes sense to add as its own question, or roll into an existing question (like maybe 2.1)?

For my 2c, i think "yes" and "own question", but wanted to get your thoughts first before i started typing
