Implement filesystem abstraction layer

Allow for clustering by allowing files to be uploaded to ie. an ftp server or S3, would be nice to have a Blob(/stream) or Redirect return type for the fetch method so we can just serve temporary credentials for the s3 object instead of streaming it through our http server
