Create a new .py file which reconstructs the .url files based on the data inside a text document (.txt).
tips: .txt file to be named "Name and URL.txt" so it works with the existing parser.

It can also be a function of the existing .urlToTxt.py file and prompt the user.
Advantages: We don't need an extra script.
Disadvantages: We need to prompt the user each time, making it less time-efficient if used multiple times.
