Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Yes. When attempting to use the Manual Downloader for https://subscribestar.adult/ , the Wabbajack app opens a normal Edge window and downloads the file (I presume with WebView) to the OS default download location. This interrupts the download process and requires moving the file manually to downloads. In addition, it has a weird hexadecimal name that doesn't appear related to the original file name. Finally, many times, the file after downloading will not be recognized by its hash, so installation cannot be completed.
Describe the solution you'd like
If SubscribeStar's API for downloads is available, I would prefer that it be used. If not, I would prefer that Wabbajack spawn the user's OS default web browser with the link specified in the meta file, allow the user to download that file to the Wabbajack downloads directory (possibly with the Save As dialog so it can be renamed), and then have Wabbajack recognize it properly and continue as normal.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I have tried all the alternatives I can think of and cannot get Wabbajack to recognize these files.
Additional context
