Name change for energy.py and ewald.py #272

I think that these should really be energy_obc.py and energy_pbc.py or similar, since ewald.py has a compute_total_energy function in it.

This was addressed in #287 as a byproduct of re-organizing the accumulators. Ewald was named correctly; it just had too many things in it.
