ptop: Show list of which binaries have the most processes #61

Just show a top 5 list of which binaries are the most common. On one system I had the same thing running 500 times, and that needs to be obvious.

This is kind of a proxy metric for lots-of-processes-using-a-little-each-adding-up-to-explaining-the-high-load.
