Exclude get.php (static assets) in a Traefik from Blackfire profiling

When you perform "Record all requests" in Developer mode, you end up with 100+ get.php requests profiled. We should be able to exclude those requests from being profiled by routing these requests straight to php-fpm without blackfire.
