Merge back in the sorting enhancement
Make sure there is an outline before trying to sort. Make sure there are keys before trying to process a click event.

Ignore my commit 9a977c2. That's just my internal merge back to my repo from master after changes were merged back here with 9baca86. The real changes for this PR are in d4bf7bf. There might be more invalid index references, I didn't check yet, but so far I haven't seen any errors since adding these changes. |
