We are no longer serving these on repo.wsu.edu after deprecating how these were provided as of 2014
There was no actual handling in the Spine for turning OpenSans on or off, but the styles and fonts were available to use. A long while ago we started encouraging the use of Google's OpenSans font files instead as they were more comprehensive and manageable.

Let's keep this unmerged for the time being just in case something else needs to ship right away. |
Rather than generating a bunch of 404s for the missing opensans file. Let's start by emptying the file of info that will actually call fonts.

We have not relied on this in a while and have communicated our desire to stop hosting these files in favor of those hosted by Google.
