Integrate Documentation Into Plugin

Once the documentation is in an acceptable state we should probably add a tab that stores it so people can search it within the plugin itself (like how Godot handles its own documentation).

Godot compiles documentation into the Engine which is why it can get away with this. We'll just keep this to the link for now.

Reopening unresolved issue. I'm confident we could figure something out.

There's absolutely no reason we couldn't create our own dock for WAT documentation (or even just user-documentation).
