👍 looks good!

The only thing I see is a few places that reference https://iam.ng.bluemix.net/identity/token.

We should also change this here
https://github.com/watson-developer-cloud/node-sdk/blob/new-generation/iam-token-manager/v1.ts#L57

Also if you added readme instructions to change the visual recognition endpoint when authenticating with iam you can remove that now.
