Thank you for creating such complete documentation for iscrollview! This is so much better than usual these days. However there is so much of it I had a hard time keeping track of where I was or whether I had read what I needed to. So I added a TOC. I also took the liberty of re-ordering some of the subsections into top-level sections --- hopefully I didn't ruin anything by doing so.

Thank you for the effort but please be advised that iScrollView is most likely obsolete now due to the new iScroll 5. See #118 for more.

Thanks for letting me know! I tried to use iScroll5 without success (and got iScrollView to work easily, at least in the simulator) …. but I will check again.

There's a pretty cool fiddle in #118 mimicking iScrollView's data-iscroll. If you can't make it work, drop us a fiddle and we'll take a look :)
