Need for speech:

choose topics - you should feel passion about topic of your speech, because main goal is to share your experience to the IT-crowd and get feedback and sparks from their eyes
short speech (<15 minutes) with session of Questions&Answers (~10minutes)
try it at least once at home before your go
presentation that is shared in web (for example http://www.slideshare.net/)
be possitive & open for new experience
