Weird behavior when trying to pin filters in (Edge at least)

Description
There's a weird behaviour when trying to pin filters (In Edge at least): If hover the mouse pointer over the upper half of the delete and pin icons, they dissapear (as if I moved the mouse away). But I hover the mouse pointer over the lower half of the delete/pin icons, I'm able to click them. The same happens when I try to unpin it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Overview/Security events
2. Add any filter
3. Try to make it pinned hovering over the top side of the pin icon
4. See error
