Add a means to configure

Create a configuration dialog and a way to access it. Maybe this is in app settings or maybe it’s a screen in the app.

Enhancements for time zone setting depend on this.

If the configuration is via the app, perhaps access it by poking the center of the dial. This solves the where to put the button problem with no button. It requires reading the docs or accidental discovery however, in order to find it.
