Add Python 3.10 support

Pony does not yet support Python 3.10. Therefore Arrnounced does not support Python 3.10.
Either wait until the pony 3.10 branch is merged and released or replace pony.

Heads up that PonyORM now supports Python 3.10 in 0.7.15rc1: https://github.com/ponyorm/pony/releases/tag/v0.7.15rc1

Install with pip install pony==0.7.15rc1
