Adds dev.azure.com (VSTS) SSH key to known host file in flux image to support GIT repos in Azure DevOps by default.
Updated the relevant documentation in faq, helm-get-started, and troubleshooting pages.
Tested successfully all GitHub repo use cases pointing to a repo in Azure DevOps.
Fixes #1728.
