New versions as per: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git
Also, set CONFIG_DUMMY=m, not =y.

Default kernel is now 5.10.51 (see #858)

5.12 and 5.13 are also now available (see 06bf506)
