Hi, is there a way, how to set TF_CLI_ARGS_init env variable? I need it for confluent due to this workaround hashicorp/terraform#13022

I have tried to set it, but I get this error:
error setting env for Terraform: rpc error: code = Unknown desc = manual setting of env var "TF_CLI_ARGS_init" detected
