Unless someone wants to design something, we can used the page generator with one of the default themes: http://pages.github.com/

Added another repository so the entire WebApiContrib Organization can use it: http://webapicontrib.github.com. Are we going to prefer this as the master source of information over the Wiki and Readme?

I think of it more as a landing page. We can keep docs in the wiki, what do you think?
