[TASK] Fix Rainbow wallet & Wallet Connect wallet integrations

Rainbow Wallet and Wallet Connect wallet connection flows seem to be broken. We need to investigate and fix the issue. Currently, Rainbow Wallet is enabled, but Wallet Connect was hidden/disabled since it was known to be broken.

• Fix and test Rainbow wallet integration
• Fix and test Wallet Connect integration

Test all wallets in popular browsers

All wallets need to be tested in each browser to ensure they are working as expected, as some users report issues with specific browsers (ex., Brave with the PolkadotJS wallet).

This depends on #2312 to upgrade wagmi and viem to the latest versions, which include important bug fixes.
