Dashboard-powered by archived taxonomies

It would be nice to have a version of the dashboard that can be powered from an archived version of a taxonomy from PDP.

This will be great feature to have making it easier for the dashboard to be able to function independent of the main taxonomy studio. This will also help to have a separation of the prod/deployment instances for testing.

Another thought: would it be further helpful to have the dashboard use the jsonSchema version of the taxonomy?
If this is the case, it may mean we will end up requiring separate jsonschema for each content type. and another jsonschema/config file for the main portal( listing of individual contenttypes)
