Have seen this in the past, usually runs fine after restart 😞

MacOS CI containers here are very inconsistent, they are sometimes slow, and sometimes can't connect to npm/yarn registry (as shown in screenshot above) and sometimes they work perfectly fine 😂.

Looks like this PR has been edited by someone other than Dependabot. That means Dependabot can't rebase it - sorry!

@rishabh3112 try to use dependabot command to rebase, else we'll have to rebase manually each time :)
