Prevent deleting Binding when editing on canvas

I often forget that something is bound and click into it on the canvas, and as a result, the binding gets deleted. Other times I accidentally click into it instead of dragging and get the same result.

1. Add text component
2. Bind it
3. Double click into it on canvas
4. See binding deleted

So when text content is bound, disable text editing on canvas?

That works for me. Maybe throw an icon next to it so people know why?

Or just show a toast when user double clicks to edit as text
