Texas BBS data are not imported into postgres database. Manual insert of "CTexas.csv" shows error:

ERROR: invalid input syntax for integer: ""
CONTEXT: COPY test, line 17137, column count20: "
"

Line 17137 of CTexas.csv has asterisks (*) in column count20 and SpeciesTotal

This has been fixed in the development version and version 1.1. Unfortunately, this will result in much longer import times for BBS, since data files now needs to be checked for asterisks.
