Have already followed instructions for installing nerdfont.

brew tap homebrew/cask-fonts
brew cask install font-hack-nerd-font

Also, have you set the Terminal font to "Hack Bold Nerd Font Complete"

Changing the iTerm font fixed it. Thanks!
