What kind of launch page service were you thinking about? If needed, I could flex my CSS muscles to help customize the page design!

I'm envisioning a single page website that serves as a 'welcome' into the two Github projects. Something like Phones, but with images of diffs instead of phones.

There are a number of templates for single page websites. See https://onepagelove.com/tag/bootstrap and http://startbootstrap.com/template-categories/one-page/ and https://graygrids.com/item/ui-hero-responsive-one-page-bootstrap-theme/. Maybe we will find one that is good out of the box so we don't tax those CSS muscles too hard. Would be good to test the candidates on mobile before investing much time.
