I can see my colleagues list on the rows below the "IP connection", but my
colleagues cannot see me on their program.
And when I send file or text to them, it always failed with the “error code
7".
I'm using Dukto 6 on Windows 8.1, and my colleagues on either windows 7 or
windows 8.
Please provide any additional information below.
