Versionning (or not) Gemfile.lock

Hi Simone and thanks for making breadcrumbs_on_rails

I've been using for some time, and it's very useful.

I don't now if it's an opinionated decision you've made, but you've kept the Gemfile.lock in the repository.
For my part, I think that Yehuda Katz has a point about not doing so : http://yehudakatz.com/2010/12/16/clarifying-the-roles-of-the-gemspec-and-gemfile/

Hi Jeremy,

I was used to refer to this Yehuda post where he was suggesting to versione the Gemfile.lock. I just noticed he was differentiating between apps and gems.

I'll definitely review my Gemfile.lock versioning policy and, in case, I'll remove it from the repository.
