The work-around is no longer required due to 06b0247 (wesnoth#6685). Revert "font: Work around chromatic aberration issue with Windows ClearType" This reverts commit a56497a.

See #1549 for the background here. For now just creating this PR so the CI will generate a windows installer with these changes applied to see if it also fixes a potentially related issue.
