You must be signed in to test this feature. We have links shown on a signed-in user's profile page:
https://localhost:3000/settings/profile

They should all show the color blue and underline on hover. Currently they are inconsistent. The hover display over "Privacy" and "Terms" are how we want all of the links to show up.
