Add loading animation when opening link in a new tab

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I open a link in a new tab, the loading animation which normally plays when clicking on a link does not appear. This feels somehow not right and unresponsive.

Describe the solution you'd like
Show the loading animations (spinning circle and blue bar under title bar) when opening in a new tab.
