Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently to get the pane to the left you can do tab:get_pane_direction("Left")

  • that only gets the left of active pane

Cannot get pane to direction of arbitrary pane without activation

Describe the solution you'd like

Would like get_pane_direction("Left", { pane: pane_id })

Describe alternatives you've considered

Activating the pane and then getting direction, but that creates visual defects if you have (in)active pane highlighting on.
