Add dockerfile(s) with configured postgresql and apache. This has the advantage that there will be known, working configuration and installation steps, and will make it easier to test the installation in the docs.

This is currently not directly possible, as the init script doesn't work in a non-interactive mode. Need to wait for #184 to be finished.
