w3c/reporting#253 changed the exported <dfn> to be the one that actually sends a report.
<dfn>
https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/origin.html#coop-violation-navigation-to and maybe other places link to https://w3c.github.io/reporting/#queue-report, the header of the old definition, but they should now target [=generate and queue a report=]. I missed this in the initial cleanup because only links to definitions appear in https://dontcallmedom.github.io/webdex/g.html#generate%20and%20queue%20a%20report%40%40reporting%25%25dfn.
