Where is ths master branch version?

On the master branch to direct people to the "biorx" on the "biorx" branch you do not recommend to use this version on production... so do you have a version we can test?

Sorry for the late response, somehow I did not get a notification for this issue. We've completely overhauled the code recently (a new data structure for better compression and much lower memory footprint). I'm currently cleaning up the last bits, and there should be a commit shortly. My apologies if this has caused any inconvenience. The biorxiv version works fine for array CGH and data of comparable size, just don't use it for excessively large data.
