- Removing Storybook: while it was useful to have storybook in the very beginning of the dev phase of the UI, it is no longer used, creates additional packages to be maintained, and adds no value to the current UI
- Delete cypress folder: Cypress is not used in the UI project so no need to have those files
- Upgrade NPM dependencies
