Add {% if %} statements to css style declarations (each page only has css for elements on that page instead of for everything across the whole site)
Add styling for Read pag nav and Admin pag nav bars
Fix links on Success.hbs page
Test to make sure the PipeDream method of deletion still works with the new form submission caching method (aka without the netlify form plugin that i customized!)

Then continue with approving the letters!
