In the current implementation strobe always strobes all lamps, no matter which lamps are specified. This is because
strobeJSON.put("symbolselection", "01010301010102010301");specifies which pointsymbols of which lamps are being called (in this case all 3 lamps).
Once a pointsymbol is set it is saved until it is overwritten (or the lamp is turned off?).
