⚠️ Issue - The 'Build Forms With API Routes' docs is not working #5744

The following example in the docs is not working: https://docs.astro.build/en/recipes/build-forms-api/.
I've done everything according to the example, but when submitting the form, it appears to not work. The submit function doesn't do anything.

What am I missing here?

Forgot to add client:load to the component! It's working.
