Add a link to open Audacity.exe so you can begin recording very quickly

When the link is clicked:

Check if Audacity is installed
If not installed, prompt to install, provide link to audacity website
If installed, run Audacity.exe and SET TO AUTO RECORD when the program starts
Not sure if it can be set to auto record, but I will look into the documentation
